Join Sea Kayaking 101 at the Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center in Arcata, California, to learn essential kayaking skills in a safe environment. This free course, led by certified instructors, teaches basic paddle strokes, wet exits, and self-recovery techniques, making it perfect for beginners. Participants will gain the confidence needed to kayak independently on Humboldt Bay and can rent sea kayaks after completion.
The event officially begins at 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center 203 - Conference Room. Organized by Cal Poly Humboldt.
